The publisher asked me to blurb Ed Allen's book. I'd never heard of him
but thought the complex sonnet sequence (we're talking complex here!) was
worthy of praise, which I has happy to give. The book recounts a very
Nabokovian obsession of poet with unexpected "muse," even though the poet himself is
a little uncertain about his own sexual orientation.
