While in Europe I saw this program at a Computer Fest offered for about
twenty british pounds.

It was indeed running on Windows and gave the following anagrams for Vladimir
Nabokov: Dim Rival Book Van; Vivid Balkan Moor; and Via Oval Monk
Bird. Notice that it left out all of the usual anagrams of his name that VN
was fond of using. The base of words againts which an anagram program
compares the input word/name/phrase usually determines its
sophistication. Perhaps if one were to add Nabokovian names to such a
word base, it may become more useful than I found it. I do not
remember if Genius had this option.
