I agree with those who have had trouble arriving at a "best" -- "Signs and
Symbols"? "A Visit to the Museum"? "A Dashing Fellow"? "Spring in Fialte"?
-- all masterpieces, but two of my personal favorites which have not been
mentioned are "A Russian Beauty" and "Cloud, Castle, Lake".
Another early favorite is "Torpid Smoke". What about "The Potato Elf"?
