A quick query on when exactly will Nabokov's Butterflies, the regular
edition, be published?

A quick note to say I enjoy tremendously Professor
Boyd's Pale Fire: The Magic of Artistic Discovery. It helps not only in
explaining many of the more esoteric allusions to me, a non-literature
student; it also reinvokes the delight of discovery when I first read Pale
Fire. To steal a phrase from VN, I am supremely indifferent to whether
there's any so-called homophobic element hidden in the book or in the man.
Perhaps not being an advanced thinker, simply an attorney, I chose to fight
homophobia (when the term is defined) in the real world, and not in my fairy
tales.

Regards,
P. Rex

P.S. Will Professor Boyd ever consent to annotate Ada, or Ardor? Thanks!
