I published an article on that several years ago and another one, an
updated version, is coming out next year. I can send you a copy if you
give me your address.

EDITOR's NOTE. Several reasons but mostly because the market in the
Russian emigration was vanishing while the English-language market was
large.

Hello,

I've got a question, too:
Could anyone tell me what a good source would be for information on what
prompted Nabokov's decision to begin writing novels in English?
I am yet another student writing a paper. Although I've got a bevy of books already, I would certainly appreciate enlightened directions.

Thank you!
