Might that coffee-table book be Sarah Funke, Véra's butterflies: First editions by Vladimir Nabokov inscribed to his wife (With contributions by Brian Boyd et al.) (Edited by Glenn Horowitz), New York: Glenn Horowitz Bookseller, 1999? The book also graces my coffee table.

Someone noticed in the Feb. issue of Vanity Fair on p. l57 a book on Nabokov on the coffee table in Sonny Mehta's apartment. It took a magnifying glass to read the print on the book's spine: NABOKOV Glenn Horowitz Bookseller. The book could be a catalog of the Nabokov archive in the New York Public Library since Horowitz helped transfer the archive from Switzerland to the Berg Collection. Any further ideas?
