Dear All,

As we approach the first anniversary of ADAonline, most of the text of the novel is now online, only Part 1 38-41 and Part 2 3-11 remaining. Apart from the text of the new chapters there has also been a recent addition to the images to the first 8 chapters. You can check the images via the Image tab at the top and look at them either alphabetically by subject or numerically by page and line.

Thanks as always to Jeff Edmunds, my research assistant Genevieve de Pont and encoders of the text from around the world.

ADA for some time seemed the ugly duckling of Nabokov criticism, but judging by activity on Nabokv-L (and the nearly 8000 hits on ADAonline) she seems to be taking her place as one of Nabokov's swans.
