A search of this list's archive should answer many questions.
M. Maurice Couturier has posted an update on the progress of Pleiade's
2nd volume, including the fact that he was revising his recent LOLITA
translation for inclusion in the Pleiade ed.
And it was Mr. Barton Johnson, I believe, who drew attention to
Orsenna's novel, many years ago, causing yours truly to secure forthwith
a copy.
