To second and expand briefly upon what Co-Editor Sweeney wrote, let me
mention that on occasion portions of messages are lost in cyber-space.
Fran Assa's message is not the first to have this happen to it.
You are always very welcome to let us know if such a lapse occurs in one
of your postings, and also (perhaps only slightly less welcome) to
remonstrate with us if you believe a request we make to revise is misguided.
