Recently, I came across the following excerpt from Vladimir Nabokov's
translation of Okudzhava's Nadezhda:

Speranza, I am coming home
The day the bugler sounds retreat,
When to his lips he brings the bugle
And backward his sharp elbow turns.

I wonder if/when this translation has been published in full?
Would it be possible to quote the entire English Speranza here?

Thanks & best regards,
Alexei
