Maurice Couturier, distinguished Nabokov scholar and writer of fiction, has completed his autobiography Down the Line with a Smile, Shadowing Nabokov. Chapter 16, "Ploughing Nabokovland," is a detailed account of Professor Couturier's career as a student, teacher, and scholar of Nabokov.
