I don't exactly remember that passage in TT and have no book at hand, but
Chur is a city in Switzerland. In le Canton des Grisons (Graubünden, or
something like that in German)that is the city where trains stop and you
change to get a bus or another smaller train to reach the ski resorts like
Arosa, Flims, St Moritz (I think).
