EDITOR'S NOTE. Although someone out there may have more current
information, the last that I heard was that Harper's decided against doing
the updated version. Consequently, Dieter Zimmer's Rowohlt volume (#23)
is the only published source for the substantial materials uncovered since
Simon Karlinsky's first edition. The Zimmer vol. included Karlinsky's
annotations on the new material.
