The _Los Angeles Times Magazine_ of 5 May 1996 (pp. 22-33) carries a
piece by playwright David Mamet aptly entitled "David Mamet Would like to
Share Some Choice Tidbits: Art as Prop and Other Tales of 'those' People."
The article is a scathing send up of the "barbarians" who run Hollywood.
Among the dead and wounded is "the man who said of my (rejected)
script for LOLITA: 'You made him look like a pedophile..'"
