I ordered the paperback edition of EO a few weeks ago and yesterday received my
copies. The trick was to persuade a book dealer (in this case it was
Waterstone's in Boston) to ignore the fact that it is not listed in "Books in
Print" any more and to proceed with the special order in spite of it, going by
the ISBN numbers which are 0-691-01905-3 pbk. and 0-691-01904-5 pbk. Hope mine
was not the last copy.
