I understood that someone made a list of invented artists wherever
found, not just in VN. If so, is that list available? Where?
And one more subject. A while ago, list monitor Johnson asked
contributors to put their name and address at head of message. Most
do so. I'm one whose server does not provide the contributor's name
(only the list name and address). I appreciate knowing who sent a
message, but can't know unless it's included, whether first or last.
