A correspondent is seeking a list of the places H.H. and Lo visit on their
ramble across the U.S. Can anyone provide such a list or point me toward a
source? I am aware that Dieter E. Zimmer's superb annotations to the German
LOLITA include extensive info on the trip, but this is a high priority
request and my German LOLITA is not at hand. Also, a simple list of the
places visited would be better for the present purposes than detailed
annotations. Ideas?
