lasting eminence in science -- as well as art. Kurt Johnson

Books: Nabokov's Butterflies, ed. Brian Boyd and Robert Michael Pyle
Beacon summer/fall 1999 --- a new source book with many
previously unpublished pieces by Nabokov
concerning Lepidoptera, with commentaries by Boyd, Pyle and
others.

Nabokov's Blues, The Scientific Legacy of a Literary Genius
Kurt Johnson and Steve Coates
Zoland Books summer/fall 1999
A narrative of the Nabokov scientific biography, including how
his work was finished by other scientists and the important
scientific and biodiversity issues that underly his Blues.

Vera's Butterflies
ed. Sarah Funke, Glenn Horowitz
Glenn Horowitz, spring 1999
Publication of, and commentary concerning, the many drawings of
butterflies by Nabokov, in various first editions books,
presented to his wife Vera.
Commentaries include those by Dmitri Nabokov, Brian Boyd
