Dear Colleagues:

This letter is addressed to the International Advisory Board of PARTIAL ANSWERS, as well as to the contributors, past, present, and future, to the journal. And just to friends. Please forward it to whoever you regard as potential contributors or subscribers to PARTIAL ANSWERS.

The restructured website of the journal is now on air, at the usual address: http://partialanswers.huji.ac.il . It now makes electronic versions (in html and pdf) of all then published articles available to subscribers at no extra cost. Libraries and individuals can now also choose to subscribe only to the on-line copies, at a lower price than to print copies.

To celebrate the successful completion of the restructured website, any subscription to volumes 2 and 3 made in response to this letter will automatically receive a gift of on-line access to volume 1, and, on request, a print back copy (while the stocks last).

The new site also includes Notes on Contributors, often accompanied by a postage-stamp portrait. The information on the contributors can be updated at any time at their request.

In the name of the editorial team, I thank you for your support of this still young journal.

Sincerely,

Leona Toker, Editor
