Hi, I was wondering if anyone can shed light on this;

I'm curious abouth whether this might actually be Vladimir
Nabokov's writing, and also why he (or anyone) would want to
make such an inscription. Did he do this to all his books?
Oh, and also how these books may have found their way to Tokyo and Belgrade.
