Nabokov Top 10

At Publisher’s Weekly the editor of the just published Anatomy of a Short Story: Nabokov’s Puzzles, Codes, “Signs and Symbols,” Yuri Leving gives a top 10 list of Nabokov’s short stories. Not surprisingly, he lists “Signs and Symbols” as number one, since the book is a very close look at that story and the correspondence between Nabokov and his editor as well as 33 essays devoted to the five page story.
