I have nothing to contribute except that the song 'Fascination' does not appear in the film Moulin Rouge. All the music and the song for that film were written by Georges Auric. The famous song "Theme from the Moulin Rouge"  - - "Moulin des Amours (tu tournes tes ailes)" in French - -  has the English lyrics "Where is your heart" - - a lovely song, but no fascination.
