My short film based on Nabokov's 1925 story "Christmas" will show at 7pm on Saturday, November 4th at the Guild Theatre in Portland, Oregon as part of the Northwest Film & Video Festival. Festival judge, director Todd Haynes (Safe, Velvet Goldmine) describes the film as "an elliptical and observant adaptation from the Nabokov story of one father's winter." The film premiered last June at the Seattle International Film Festival.
