The call for Lolita papers produced enough to fill one panel..and then
some. If we can have one more Lolita paper, we will have enough for a
second panel at November's annual meeting of the American Association
for
the Advancement of Slavic Studies, in Los Angeles in November. (Two of
the Lolita papers are partly on cinema, so if anyone would like to
submit
a paper on some aspect of Nabokov and the movies -- even if Lolita is
not
involved -- we could name the second panel "Nabokov and Cinema"). But
tomorrow is the deadline -- please let me know if anyone is interested.
