Subject: treat for birds? or when spelling counts

I followed George Shimanovich's link to "expert says glass is major treat to birds" -- I know parakeets enjoy a mirror, but this did seem odd. Of course it turns out that glass is actually a major threat to birds -- something else again!

On the other hand, whenever Gardner however spelled is preceded by Martin, doubt is relieved. Can there be another?

Carolyn
