Alexander N. Drescher is a pediatrician turned psychiatrist, living on a farm in the Berkshire Hills of Western Massachusetts. He taught medical students and resident physicians until his retirement. A hobbyist, he reads a few authors comprehensively, drives Haflinger horses and restores old sleighs.
