Dear Colleagues:
As I told you during the conference, Lolita and Despair are on the
syllabus of two "agregations", hence the necessity to bring out the
proceedings of the Nice conference as early as possible. Could you please
send me your papers on floppy disks (3.5 inches, only, and either in
Macintosh Word 5 or DOS), with one printed copy, no later than September 1?
Your papers can contain up to 25,000 signs as calculated by your computers.
Reread them carefully; I won't send you proofs but will correct them
myself. MLA format will be adopted throughout. It is all right if the
notes of all the papers are not keyed to the same editions of Nabokov's
works (not enough time for that, unfortunately). If you have any questions,
better send me an e-mail (couturier@unice.fr). You will naturally receive a
copy of the proceedings as soon as they come out.
