I have two question on PF

Any considerations on:

1. Who (or what) is Repburg:

"... the buldozers spared an arc of those sacred trees planted by landscaper
of genius (Repburg) at the end of Shakespeare Avenue, on the campus"
(Commentary to Line 49)

and

2. What about "Troth":

"... a whole mountain of gift boys from Troth, and Tuscany, and Albanoland"
(Commentary to Line 80".
