VN bibliography: 1947 Italian _Camera obscura_

I have under my eyes the first italian translation of a VN book (I
suppose):
it's "Camera oscura", published by Muggiani, in Milan, November 1947.
Does
anyone know something about that - because it is not mentioned in the VN
bibliographies I know... Does it could be a non authorized book? The
translator was Alessandra Iljina and - strange thing - the author was an
Italian,
Vladimiro Nabokov.
