EDNOTE. I suspect you are right about Georgette. The Absence of Burgess and
Greene is inexplicable. I don't recall any VN Wodhouse refs. But I wonder if
the rumors about W's supposed collaboration might have put off VN. In any
case, I suspect the list was off the top of somebody's head.
